Shipping Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 5-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
    Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  4. International Shipping
    We do not ship outside of US

  1. Returns
    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Refunds
    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  3. Shipping Costs for Returns
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the issue. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
