Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days.
3. Digital Delivery

If you purchase digital delivery, we will deliver HD quality photos by email. These photos are suitable for printing up to 8x11 inches. Larger prints can be purchased from our website.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be restricted or prohibited from shipping to certain destinations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Digital products are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at irisartseattle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
3. Refund Policy

If a customer is late for more than 20 minutes or is a no-show for an iris photo session, Iris Art Seattle does not refund any amount.

A 100% refund can be made only if requested 24 hours prior to the photo session. A 50% refund is available if requested 4 hours before the photo session.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at irisartseattle@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items, custom products, and digital downloads.
