Purchases

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy, which can be found separately on our website.

• If you only purchase Digital delivery, we deliver HD quality photos by email, which are good to be printed for up to 8X11 size. All bigger prints can be purchased from our website.

• If a customer is late for more than 20 minutes or is a no-show for an iris photo session, Iris Art Seattle does not refund any amount.

• A 100% refund can be made only if requested 24 hours prior to the photo session. A 50% refund is available if requested 4 hours before the photo session.

Any personal information submitted via this website is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which can be found separately on our website.
